“Lindsay is a phenomenal vocal coach. I worked with her for one day and in a matter of minutes I felt my vocals shift, my range grew, and I felt more confident in my session work! I highly recommend working with her, she is pure magic!” - Abby Posner, singer/songwriter
“Working with Lindsay as my vocal coach was truly transformative. Her extensive background in music was evident right away, but what really stood out was her ability to teach in a way that felt empowering and fun.
She helped me learn how to control and use my voice in ways I didn’t even realize were possible. Every lesson she let me bring in songs I wanted to work on, which made the process feel more creative and personal. At the same time, she gently but consistently pushed me outside of my comfort zone so I could grow as a singer and an artist.
One of my biggest goals was to feel confident enough to start my own musical project. With Lindsay’s support, including her guidance on songwriting and vocal recording technique, I can now say that I’ve written and recorded my own songs and started a band that’s performing live shows. I genuinely don’t think I would have taken that leap without her encouragement and expertise. I’m so grateful for the time I spent learning from her.” - Katie Kenny, singer/songwriter.
“The Songwriter’s lab with Lindsay has been transformative for me. It has provided songwriting techniques and methods coupled with a healthy, supportive, inspirational environment that have allowed new songs to be born and raised.
Too often, my songs get stuck early in the process and end up piled on a shelf with the other unfinished songs due to too many seemingly insurmountable challenges and/or lack of inspiration. The Songwriter’s lab has served as therapy of sorts for my songs (and me too) and has helped me get through the many roadblocks that typically bring my songwriting flow to a screeching halt.
The Songwriter’s lab has such a supportive environment that Lindsay curates. It has not only greatly helped my songwriting process but has also fostered some meaningful relationships. It is a safe space where songwriters can get together and talk about their songwriting struggles which often delve into some of the life struggles, we all go through. I have gotten to know some fabulous people really quickly through my short time attending these sessions.” -John McCutchen/AKA Brutha Cutch
